Nexus Update: Fortification

Since the Nexus was able to be breached many of times(Delta...), the CP have taken more measures to ensure the Nexus is a steel fortress.
The use of Combine gates has been greatly used
Once we get the plugin, Turrets will be implemented into higher security levels(And hopefully not shoot at CP.).
Combine locks have been used to deter and trap people who have ran out of breaches.
Security level 5 is obviously Nexus underground and CA office.
Other notes:
New OTA spawns added to make spawncamping impossible
Fixed propjump place into D6. The only way in is a person with a Union card.
